Who we are

We’re a collection of mothers, dedicated to raising healthy young people. We would love to invite you over for Sunday dinner, but we’re too busy creating content!

My Kid, Interrupted will cover topics related to mental health in children & teens, from a parent’s perspective. MyKidInterrupted

Our Staff Writer is the proud mother of 4. Her house is full of life, belly laughter, trashy television, and photographs. After her child was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, she scoured the internet, searching for forums and groups where she could discuss her experiences. Instead of getting frustrated about what was missing, she decided to create something new; MKI was born.

Our website address is: http://mykidinterrupted.com.
